Yoga is the practice of creating union in your body, mind, and spirit. It is a way to discover harmony and learn to live in the present moment. Our life manifests in movement, but the grace and power of our lives can be found in stillness. I teach from a space of stillness and rhythm. I believe we can find our deepest purpose when we feel a sense of connection.

Friday morning (6am) Community SunRise Vinyasa 

Friday's in June at 6am (6/8, 15,22,29)

Clem Macrone Park, Conestoga Road, Rosemont

Yoga starts at 6 am and ends promptly at 7 am. We will meet at the structure with the overhang in front of the tennis courts, rain or shine:)

Donation based offering. All prooceeds go towards charities that are near and dear to my heart including ones that champion women, children, and animals. I will mention which charity I am donating to at the beginning of each class.
