Each of us has the ability to meet our inherent potential of clear seeing, calm wisdom and freedom. Synchronizing breath and movement, with silence and stillness creates harmony from within. From this place we have the capacity to cultivate clarity and peace, to shine brightly, to drop our "story" and to manifest our deepest intentions.
In this workshop we will move through simple, gently, mindful yoga and explore the rich teaching and practices of Mindfulness Meditation. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water and a journal.
