As we head into the hustle and bustle of the Winter Holiday season, taking a day to slow down and reset is possibly the best gift we can offer ourselves and those around us.
Our yoga practice is a way for us to both rejuvenate and energize, physically and mentally. In this one day retreat we will step back from the busyness and get reacquainted with the calm steadiness that we cultivate through breath, movement and stillness.
Starting with a 2h morning practice we will build heat through pranayama and a slow strong vinyasa practice - easing tension and boosting energy. Transitioning into reflection, and closing with a loving-kindness guided meditation and a sweet savasana. A 90 minute lunch break gives us time to nourish our bodies with a fresh delicious juice delivered from The Juice Merchant, or explore the delightful cafes and restaurants of Narberth.
In the afternoon we will slow it down with a gentle vinyasa flow to land and settle, and finish with a yin flow toinvite in stillness and calm.
