Please join Kristin Page and Rachael Hunter for a day-long yoga + Meditation + Walking in the Wilderness retreat
Our yoga practice is a way for us to both rejuvenate and energize, physically and mentally. In this one-day retreat in the beautiful countryside of Willistown Township, on the grounds of Willistown Conservation Trust, we will step back from the busyness and get reacquainted with the calm steadiness that we cultivate through breath, movement, connection with the natural worls arouns us, and stillness. Transitioning into the warmer weather of Spring and Summer, taking a day to slow down and reset our bodies and minds while being held in the midst of nature, is possibly the best gift we can offer ourselves and those around us.
Starting with a 2h morning practice we will build heat through pranayama and a slow strong vinyasa practice - easing tension and boosting energy. Transitioning into reflection, and the delight of spacious meditation and a sweet savasana. A 90 minute break gives us time to nourish our bodies with farm to table treats, tea and treats, and to explore the beauty of Willistown Conservation Conservation Trust through a guided tour, and walking meditation.
We will round out our day by slowing down with a gentle movement and restorative practices.

Please wear comfortable clothes for practice
Bring a yoga mat, any props (like blocks and straps) you like to use, and a blanket.
Bring a water bottle (filtered water available) and a tea mug
Our walking meditation will be rain or shine, so please pack accordingly.
